This massage type is all about relaxation! This is a gentle massage that will relieve stress and ease pain. A relaxation massage involves gentle kneading with long muscles strokes to ease the body and relieve stress and tension.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic 60 minute - $95

A therapeutic massage is very client specific.
This massage can include:
deep tissue massage techniques, trigger point release, myofascial release, neuromuscular or PNF techniques and facilitated/sport stretching techniques.
Not all techniques are needed for all clients, however, if you are looking for a more specialized massage or have specific focus areas this massage is for you!
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
60 minute - $111
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Lymph massage is often times performed at the recommendation of a medical professional post surgery, during cancer treatments or for deep body detoxification and wellness.
Cupping Massage
60 minute - $125
Cupping is a technique involving suctioning the skin with plastic suction cups. It is known to boost immune function, increase blood flow, and reduce pain. More and more research is emerging to suggest that cupping may be an effective complementary treatment for a variety of symptoms and conditions, including sports injuries and chronic muscle/joint conditions.
Mr. Maurice & Dr. Lisa believe in the healing modality of massage. They believe that each body is unique and they are here to assist you with your wellness journey by providing an individualized treatment plan that allows for optimal health.

Distance Reiki
15 minute session - $33

Distance reiki real and very powerful!
Reiki Masters Practitioners are trained with a distance symbol is used to cross any distance in time or space. It allows practitioners to clear blockages from someone's past, as well as perform reiki on someone who is not physically present. Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient.
Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time as long as the Reiki Practitioner has received permission to perform the Reiki. When Dr. Lisa performs Distance Reiki on someone, she will typically work with the client's photo and some healing crystals and sacred smoke incense.
Regardless of distance, Reiki can have benefits such as increasing feelings of relaxation, happiness, empowerment, and ease. We all have access to the life force energy, otherwise known as our chi, qi or prana, which flows through each and every living being.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “qi”, "chi", "prana" or life force energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.
Reiki is recommended every 4-6 weeks for holistic wellness. If you are suffering from a chronic or long term illness, auto immune disease, pain, infertility or have a medical condition or injury you want treated with a reiki, it is recommended to have a session every 1-3 weeks.

WELLNESS COACHING
Initial Consultation – $100

A Wellness Coach works one to one with a client who wants to improve their mental and physical well being.
Using her years of training and education, Dr. Lisa draws from the fields of psychology, divinity, spirituality, and natural holistic medicine to assist her clients with overcoming obstacles and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Lisa is a naturopathic doctor, an ordained minister, a certified herbalist, a certified health specialist, a Reiki-Master Teacher Practitioner and she holds a Master's degree in Counseling, a Doctorate in Education, a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Wellness treatments with Dr. Lisa can include verbal coaching and counseling, Bach Flower Essence remedies, homeopathy and holistic health care recommendations, vitamins/supplements recommendations, herbals and herbal tea recommendations, spiritual wellness with oracle cards, intuitive guidance, recommendations for detox protocols that improve gut health and diet protocols to maintain a healthy and natural lifestyle.
Recommended supplements or products are purchased separately by client and not included in the price of each session
All clients should consult their primary care physician before starting a new health regimen
